DevOps / AgentOps Engineer, GTM Systems
Build and operate an AI-first CI/CD and agent-operations platform for Salesforce and custom GTM applications. The role focuses on governed releases, approval workflows, observability, rollback, sandboxing, and SOX-compliant auditability.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate the CI/CD pipeline for a production Salesforce org and custom internal applications, including branching, validation, deployment, and rollback.
- Define and manage agentic, human-in-the-loop, and AI-assisted delivery lanes, including gates and escalation rules.
- Build the agent operations layer, including agent scope, tools, permissions, sandboxing, and supervision boundaries.
- Implement distinct PR review and business sign-off approval workflows.
- Own environment strategy, secrets handling, deployment observability, kill switches, rollback mechanics, and audit trails for a SOX-scoped platform.
- Measure pipeline lead time, failure rate, lane usage, and opportunities for further automation.
- Pair with engineers and improve pipeline defaults based on their feedback.
Requirements
- Experience building and operating a team CI/CD pipeline, including branching, merge gating, and rollback.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployment mechanics or a comparable enterprise platform.
- Fluency with AI coding tools and agentic workflows.
- Strong understanding of failure modes, blast radius, sandboxing, permissions, and automated-change controls.
- Experience with GitHub Actions or a comparable CI system, infrastructure as code, and scripting.
- Ability to write and defend designs for engineers, business approvers, and auditors.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience shipping agents or automation in a production system of record.
- Experience operating platforms under SOX or a similar audit regime.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tooling such as Gearset, Copado, or sfdx-based pipelines.
- Experience migrating from manual deployments to a governed pipeline.
- Experience building approval or notification workflows in Slack or a comparable tool.
Compensation
- Annual salary: $320,000–$405,000 USD.
- Hybrid policy: staff are expected to work from an office at least 25% of the time.
