About the role
Responsibilities
Own seasonal campaign execution end-to-end, including managing timelines, stakeholder touch points across Customer Success, Ad Ops, Engineering/Product/Design, and Marketing, partner packaging logistics, and Customer Success enablement materials.
Protect seasonal campaign revenue and identify improvements between campaigns.
Take ownership of the premium placement booking tool within 60–90 days; field requests outside the self-serve flow, flag utilization gaps proactively, and improve the tool as new campaign levers come online.
Build and maintain a self-serve library for Customer Success, including pitch materials, campaign one-pagers, and placement packages; use AI to personalize materials and case studies at scale.
Keep knowledge systems current, document operational reality, and provide regular structured pulse to the Growth & Merchandising Lead to feed planning.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in operations, project management, campaign coordination, or a related function.
Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
Fluency in ad tech, including performance metrics, campaign goals, and client objectives.
Demonstrated AI builder with concrete examples of AI projects applied to improve operations.
Strong judgment on quality of AI-generated output.
Comfort with ambiguity and building tools/processes from scratch.
Sharp attention to detail, clear and concise writing skills.
High ownership mentality; instinct to flag, propose, and drive.
Genuine learning agility and curiosity about consumer marketplace operations.
