Responsibilities
Own the strategy and execution for the systems, workflows, and processes powering the revenue organization across Sales, Partnerships, and Account Management.
Translate business problems into technical solutions and ship them quickly through iterative development.
Rebuild the revenue stack with an AI-first approach, including automation, scoring, agent-driven workflows, and AI-assisted development.
Act as a hands-on builder who shapes and designs solutions alongside the team.
Architect solutions that connect revenue goals with technical implementation.
Lead and grow a team of administrators, engineers, and architects.
Deliver value on imperfect foundations while improving those foundations over time.
Develop stakeholder and partner relationships, build consensus, and drive impact.
Requirements
15+ years working in revenue systems, GTM systems, or revenue architecture in a B2B environment, ideally supporting a revenue organization of 250+ sellers.
5+ years managing teams.
Experience at a product-led company with a sales or revenue motion layered on top.
Track record of taking business problems end to end: ingesting them, designing solutions, implementing them, and moving quickly.
Hands-on experience deploying AI into GTM systems.
Salesforce fluency is useful, but candidates may come from product management, systems building, or operations backgrounds.
Proven change leadership through significant shifts in team processes and operating models.
Strong communication and influencing skills, including the ability to work with senior leaders while staying close to execution.
Compensation and Benefits
Total rewards include base salary, equity in the form of stock options, and benefits.
Target new-hire base salary for US employees in New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $242,600–$303,300.
Target new-hire base salary for US employees outside New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $218,300–$273,000.
Offers are based on experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity.
