About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and execution for the systems, workflows, and processes powering the revenue organization across Sales, Partnerships, and Account Management.
  • Translate business problems into technical solutions and ship them quickly through iterative development.
  • Rebuild the revenue stack with an AI-first approach, including automation, scoring, agent-driven workflows, and AI-assisted development.
  • Act as a hands-on builder who shapes and designs solutions alongside the team.
  • Architect solutions that connect revenue goals with technical implementation.
  • Lead and grow a team of administrators, engineers, and architects.
  • Deliver value on imperfect foundations while improving those foundations over time.
  • Develop stakeholder and partner relationships, build consensus, and drive impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing teams.
  • Experience at a product-led company with a sales or revenue motion layered on top.
  • Track record of taking business problems end to end: ingesting them, designing solutions, implementing them, and moving quickly.
  • Hands-on experience deploying AI into GTM systems.
  • Salesforce fluency is useful, but candidates may come from product management, systems building, or operations backgrounds.
  • Proven change leadership through significant shifts in team processes and operating models.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, including the ability to work with senior leaders while staying close to execution.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Total rewards include base salary, equity in the form of stock options, and benefits.
