Responsibilities
- Lead a team of backend and mobile engineers solving challenging engineering problems.
- Mentor and guide team members’ professional and technical development, including career development and project assignments.

- Co-own product strategy with product partners and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Prioritize technical and resourcing challenges.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent practical experience, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of software engineering industry experience with technical leadership.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Technical background with the ability to contribute to planning and design discussions.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Experience building trust, leading engineering teams, and guiding career development.
- Experience building teams and products that scale.
- Ability to work collaboratively and drive projects to completion.

Compensation
- Expected base pay range in the San Francisco area: $176,000–$220,000, excluding potential equity, bonus, and benefits.
