Requirements
8+ years of sales leadership in the federal market, with a significant focus on working with large Fed Civ Customers (e.g., DHS, VA, SSA, USPS).
Demonstrated success in developing and executing Fed SI GTM strategies, resulting in substantial revenue growth.
Experience managing high-performing sales teams focused on enterprise and strategic accounts in the federal sector.
In-depth knowledge of Fed SI relationships, procurement vehicles, and federal contracting processes.
Strong understanding of cloud security solutions and their alignment with federal compliance requirements, including FedRAMP and other regulatory mandates.
Ability to cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships within Fed SIs and federal clients.
Skilled in navigating complex sales cycles and thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
