What You’ll Do

• Design and architect major product features leveraging the latest advancements in AI to deliver a magical user experience
• Anticipate system bottlenecks and proactively re-architect key system components before they create issues for our customers
• Lead product initiatives with high strategic value, accelerating speed of iteration while preventing accumulation of technical debt
• Hold the codebase to a high standard, and assist in developing engineering processes that encourage shipping high quality code

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping user-facing product features, ideally in fast-moving, zero-to-one environments
• Strong product instinct — think about the end user experience, not just the technical implementation
• Comfortable moving across the stack to take projects to the finish line, with solid experience in modern web technologies and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP, Postgres, Docker)
• Demonstrated ability to own execution from inception through to successful outcomes
• Low-ego team player who prioritizes co-discovering the best ideas, even if they're not your own
• Value being a kind, encouraging, and supportive teammate
• Thrive in environments with high levels of complexity, uncertainty, and ambiguity

Pay Transparency

Base compensation range of approximately $200,000–$265,000 per year, exclusive of equity. This intentionally broad range provides flexibility for candidates to tailor their cash and equity mix based on individual preferences. Our compensation philosophy prioritizes meaningful equity grants, enabling team members to share directly in the impact they help create.
