About the role
Responsibilities
Partner with brand leadership to align on priorities and translate business initiatives into clear, actionable requirements
Collaborate daily with brand engineers to ensure they have a deep understanding of what needs to be built and why
Own end-to-end coordination of initiatives across Experiences, Collection, integrations, and Rent Free
Develop and maintain a complete understanding of the workflows, metrics, and integrations behind each Brand surface
Map and document internal and external integrations, surfacing gaps and dependencies early
Track the metrics that matter for each initiative and use them to guide prioritization
Serve as the source of truth across Brand workflows, keeping stakeholders and engineering aligned
Drive initiatives to completion, keeping delivery on track and communication tight
Requirements
At least 3 years of relevant experience
A technical background — TPM experience is ideal, but engineering or other technical backgrounds are equally welcome
Strong technical fluency: comfort with workflows, metrics, and reading/understanding integrations (internal and external)
Exceptional communication skills — this is core to the role
Familiarity with common product/project management, analytics, and integration tooling
Ability to own and drive initiatives end-to-end across multiple workstreams

Salary range: $70,000 - $120,000 (eligible for equity and annual performance-based bonus)
