The role partners across Marketing, Talent Acquisition, Communications, and company leadership, requiring 5+ years of relevant branding or editorial experience.

Recruiting Enablement
- Assess existing recruitment assets, identify gaps, and create new collateral.
- Optimize deployment of marketing assets across recruiting functions.
- Plan and execute technical recruiting events and meetups to build candidate pipelines.
- Use social channels and podcasts to communicate Rippling as a great place to work.
Employer Branding at Scale
- Define and champion the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) for distinct R&D and GTM candidate pools.
- Create and distribute compelling employer-brand content internally and externally.
- Build organic engagement and employee pride to foster positive brand sentiment.
- Develop and manage a library of videos, blogs, and social media assets highlighting technical challenges, innovative culture, and the company story.
- Build targeted campaigns for diverse audiences globally.
- Partner with leaders and stakeholders to identify and tell compelling stories.
- Manage the employer brand presence on Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and Blind, including reviews and candidate feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in employer or talent branding, copywriting, editorial, or a related field.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills for technical and creative audiences.
- Resourcefulness in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and ability to use AI to create compelling content.
- Strategic thinking combined with detailed project execution.
- Strong stakeholder relationship-building skills, including with executives and team leads.
- Ability to use analytics to measure campaign impact and refine strategies.
- Experience producing varied content, including videos, podcasts, blogs, social media campaigns, and recruiter toolkits.
- Proactive, autonomous approach with consistent delivery of high-quality work.
- Adaptability and resilience when priorities and constraints change.
