Responsibilities
- Design and maintain cloud infrastructure for mission-critical biotech R&D programs, handling sensitive scientific data, financial modeling, and AI workloads with high reliability and security.
- Build scalable platform infrastructure for AI-driven signals extraction from meeting transcripts, documents, and operational data, ensuring performance and cost efficiency.
- Create tooling, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, and development environments to enable rapid and reliable feature shipping.
- Implement infrastructure for SOC 2 compliance, including security controls, monitoring, and audit preparation.
Requirements
Required:
- 5+ years of platform/infrastructure engineering or SRE experience.
- Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) including IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, observability, alerting systems, and incident response.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Collaborative mindset with experience in small, fast-moving engineering teams.
Preferred:
- SOC 2 compliance implementation experience (security controls, monitoring, audit preparation).
- Performance optimization for data-intensive applications.
- AI-assisted development proficiency.
