Responsibilities
- Define new LLM-driven storytelling experiences for 3D first-person adventure game with AI companion integrated into gameplay, puzzles, and narrative.
- Conduct LLM post-training research focused on roleplay, real-time interaction, and anime character generation.
- Gather human feedback via RLHF-style systems or interaction log analysis.
- Build LLM infrastructure including data processing backends, deterministic data loaders, sharding, memory optimization, scalable benchmarking, and checkpoint selection.
- Balance research exploration with product development for low-latency, real-time AI companion interactions.
Requirements
- Published or industry experience with LLM post-training.
- Deep understanding of LLM training and evaluation.
- Experience working on small, fast-paced teams.
- Comfortable with in-person collaboration.
- Love for anime and anime aesthetic.
