Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product, Software, UX, Data Science, Marketing, and Strategic Finance teams to align goals, quantify impact, and identify value.
  • Build and refine health-specific KPIs like engagement, adoption, and member value.
  • Uncover insights on member segments (hormonal health, cardiometabolic health, personalized wellness).
  • Create tools and processes for analytics: data pipelines, dashboards, weekly reviews.
  • Drive strategic analytic roadmap with action-oriented recommendations.
  • Provide thought leadership to improve decisions and retention.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow team of analysts.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in strategic/analytical role partnering with product/development teams.
  • Experience leading/developing teams, driving projects, mentoring juniors.
  • Player-coach: handle business questions, data wrangling, modeling, visualization, recommendations.
  • Strong storytelling for complex problems.
  • Influence senior stakeholders with analytics.
  • Experience with experiments (A/B testing) and development teams.
  • Advanced SQL, ELT (dbt), data warehousing (Snowflake), visualization (Looker, Tableau, Hex).
