About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end coordination of the quarterly earnings process, including timelines, checklists, and cross-functional inputs from Finance, Legal, Corporate Communications, and other internal partners.
  • Draft and refine earnings materials, including press releases, earnings decks, Q&A preparation documents, and CEO/CFO scripts, in partnership with the VP, Investor Relations.
  • Build and maintain core investor-relations infrastructure, including investor decks, roadshow and conference materials, models, fact sheets, and recurring public-company reporting templates.
  • Synthesize sell-side analyst consensus estimates and investor feedback for the management team.
  • Conduct competitive and peer benchmarking against comparable public companies such as AppLovin, Unity, and Digital Turbine to inform earnings narratives and investor messaging.
  • Track shareholder-base composition, trading activity, and ownership changes; help maintain systems for monitoring investor feedback and sentiment.
  • Prepare detailed briefing materials for senior management ahead of investor meetings and conferences.
  • Manage logistics and briefing materials for non-deal roadshows, investor conferences, and analyst days.
  • Maintain and update IR website content and other investor-facing communications channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with 8+ years of related experience; alternatively, a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience.
  • Experience in investor relations, equity research, FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of or interest in investor relations and adjacent functions, including finance, accounting, and corporate communications.
  • Experience or strong interest in ad tech is strongly preferred.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, including financial statement analysis and public-company disclosure practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial and technical concepts into polished materials for executive, Board, and investor audiences.
  • Highly organized and process-driven, with a track record of building or improving structure in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and drive projects independently from framing through delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills and comfort partnering with Finance, Legal, Communications, and senior leadership.
  • High degree of discretion when handling confidential and material non-public information.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary ranges vary by candidate location and experience:
    • SF Bay Area, NYC, Los Angeles/Orange County, and Seattle: $152,000–$195,000, plus bonus.
    • Other California cities, Portland, other Washington cities, Denver, Austin, and Boston: $140,000–$180,000, plus bonus.
    • Other cities and towns in approved states: $130,000–$168,000, plus bonus.
  • Full compensation package including equity and health, vision, and dental benefits.
  • Benefits may include medical coverage, wellness stipends, and additional perks based on country of residence.
  • Remote-first work environment with opportunities for in-person gatherings at least once per quarter.
