About the role

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Creative Asset Production: Lead the production of creative assets, including photography, video, and social content, ensuring they align with EarnIn's evolving brand voice and aesthetic. Manage integrated productions spanning film, photography, animation, digital design, print, OOH, experiential, and emerging creative technologies.

Strategic Alignment: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, digital, product, design, finance) to ensure all creative content supports the company’s business goals and brand messaging.

End-to-End Management: Oversee the entire production lifecycle from concept through post-production, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resources are managed effectively and efficiently.

Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage production budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources, while maintaining financial efficiency throughout the production process.

Collaboration with Stakeholders: Coordinate with channel leaders, marketing, digital, product, and design teams to ensure assets are delivered to the appropriate channels for publication and that they meet performance metrics and business objectives.

Content Strategy & Delivery: Ensure that finalized creative assets are strategically distributed across platforms to meet the intended goals for engagement, brand awareness, and ROI. Establish scalable workflows and processes that optimize efficiency while maintaining high creative standards.

Quality & Brand Control: Maintain a high standard of creative quality, ensuring consistency across all content produced and that each piece aligns with the company’s brand standards and vision.

Analytics & Reporting: Work with the performance team to analyze the efficacy of creative assets post-launch, measure effectiveness, and gather insights for continuous improvement. Work with stakeholders to ensure content contributes to measurable business success.

Partner & Agency Management: Source, vet, and manage world-class production partners, including agencies, freelancers, and vendors.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 7+ years of experience in creative production, with leadership experience managing cross-channel projects, including video, digital, experiential, OOH, and brand activations.
  • Expertise in managing creative projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with brand goals and business objectives.
  • Strong collaboration skills with teams such as marketing, product, design, finance, and external partners to ensure creative alignment and seamless execution.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, high-growth environments, consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
  • Passion for innovation, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and integrate emerging tools like AI to drive efficiency and creativity.
  • In-depth knowledge of content distribution strategies across digital platforms and optimization for engagement, performance, and ROI.
  • Strong budget and resource management skills, ensuring efficient production while maintaining high-quality, on-brand creative output.
  • Deep understanding of production workflows across digital, motion, and traditional media, with hands-on experience in photography, video, and social content.
  • Solid communication and relationship-building skills, with experience managing complex stakeholder dynamics.
  • Proficient in creative project management tools like Asana, Wrike, or Monday.com.
  • A strong portfolio of creative production work across multiple media (video, photography, social content, etc.) is a plus.
