AI Developer Experience & Media Lead

Responsibilities

• Turn AI research and product work into technical narratives, X threads, videos, live demos, and launches.
• Build and operate DatologyAI’s recognizable voice on X, including replying, quote-posting, and participating in live conversations.
• Enable founders and researchers to communicate credibly in their own voices.
• Own research launches end to end across X, the technical blog, and video, including the angle, assets, sequencing, and follow-through.
• Build relationships with researchers, open-source developers, AI creators, and technical founders.
• Bring community feedback to product and research teams.
• Run experiments across X, technical writing, video, launches, and events; measure attention and trust from the target audience.

Requirements

• Ability to build and explain real AI systems and accurately interpret research papers or launch briefs.
• Ability to create technically serious demos and threads for a technical audience.
• Frequent, authentic participation on X, including posting, replying, and engaging in live conversations.
• Strong creator instincts around hooks, concise communication, video, personality, and distribution.
• Recognizable writing voice and strong judgment about audience engagement.
• Ability to write credibly in the voices of founders and researchers.
• Self-starter with a bias toward action and end-to-end ownership.
• Comfortable building a playbook in a fast-moving startup environment.

Nice to Have

• An audience on X or a track record of building one through side projects or demos.
• Experience at an AI model or infrastructure company, developer relations, developer marketing, or growth engineering.
• Technical content covering agents, inference, multimodality, coding workflows, or related topics.
• Comfort in front of a camera and ability to produce short technical videos.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary range: $160,000–$230,000.
