About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, develop, and close new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams within the telecommunications industry.
  • Conduct discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations to prospective customers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customers' existing and future IT roadmaps to drive Snowflake solutions.
  • Land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities with accounts in your region.
  • Achieve sales quotas for allocated accounts and/or territory on a quarterly and annual basis by developing a sales strategy, target prospect list, and regional sales plan.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales engineering, professional services, marketing, legal, and finance.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of sales experience with consistent success meeting or exceeding sales objectives selling technical solutions and software products into the enterprise market.
  • Track record in securing new logos.
  • Demonstrable experience executing enterprise complex sales strategies and tactics within Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Science, and/or AI/ML.
  • Familiarity with solution-based selling, managing a complex sales process, with excellent presentation, listening, organization, and contact management skills.
  • Proven ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships.
  • Experience hitting multi-million dollar revenue targets annually.
  • Ability to build the product and company as if it were your own, defining and executing sales plans to meet strategic and financial targets using industry, partner, and Go-to-Market knowledge.
  • Ability to provide open, honest, and respectful feedback and create an inclusive work environment.
  • Reputation for making each other better, resulting in long-standing relationships with internal cross-functional partners.
