About the role
Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, develop, and close new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams within the telecommunications industry.
Conduct discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations to prospective customers.
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customers' existing and future IT roadmaps to drive Snowflake solutions.
Land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities with accounts in your region.
Achieve sales quotas for allocated accounts and/or territory on a quarterly and annual basis by developing a sales strategy, target prospect list, and regional sales plan.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales engineering, professional services, marketing, legal, and finance.
Requirements
6+ years of sales experience with consistent success meeting or exceeding sales objectives selling technical solutions and software products into the enterprise market.
Track record in securing new logos.
Demonstrable experience executing enterprise complex sales strategies and tactics within Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Science, and/or AI/ML.
Familiarity with solution-based selling, managing a complex sales process, with excellent presentation, listening, organization, and contact management skills.
Proven ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships.
Experience hitting multi-million dollar revenue targets annually.
Ability to build the product and company as if it were your own, defining and executing sales plans to meet strategic and financial targets using industry, partner, and Go-to-Market knowledge.
Ability to provide open, honest, and respectful feedback and create an inclusive work environment.
