Responsibilities

  • Support commercial teams by answering the toughest internal data questions around what datasets mean and their nuanced limitations to ensure customer success.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering team to build the AI data context layer with evals, requiring deep data understanding and technical writing skills; help drive eval designs to measure agent quality.
  • Help drive tooling needs in data products to support data explainability.

Requirements

  • 4+ years working in healthcare data products.
  • 2+ years in roles with customer-facing interactions.
  • Familiarity with SQL or willingness to learn (must be adept in Excel analyses if no SQL familiarity).
  • Technical writing experience, with the ability to explain complex concepts in easy written explanations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, clear and concise communication, ability to reason through use cases, and tell stories using data.
  • Bias towards action.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in product or collaborating with teams that build the product.
  • AI evals background and experience establishing agentic quality frameworks.
