Requirements
4+ years working in healthcare data products.
2+ years in roles with customer-facing interactions.
Familiarity with SQL or willingness to learn (must be adept in Excel analyses if no SQL familiarity).
Technical writing experience, with the ability to explain complex concepts in easy written explanations for non-technical stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, clear and concise communication, ability to reason through use cases, and tell stories using data.
