About the role

Impact You Will Have

  • Own execution of the digital tools workstream for flagship customer conference (35k–50k+ in-person / 100k+ virtual), translating strategy into detailed build and execution plan in partnership with Lead, Event Digital Tools.
  • Bring technology to the forefront of the attendee experience, accelerate stakeholder execution, and provide digital tools enabling users to engage easily.
  • Serve as program RainFocus subject matter expert – own configuration, workflow builds, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across registration and event management platform.
  • Lead hands-on implementation of the event mobile app from requirements through configuration, testing, and onsite support.
  • Own and support integrations between RainFocus, mobile app, and adjacent systems (Databricks, Salesforce, Marketo) for clean data flow.
  • Manage fast-moving requirements across marketing, field, sponsorship, and vendor partners; translate into actionable specifications.
  • Distill requirements and distribute across support contractors, agencies, and stakeholders; manage relationships to keep builds on schedule.
  • Define, track, and report measurable impact and outcomes for the digital tools workstream.
  • Partner with marketing operations, sales operations, and analytics for clean data flow into business technology ecosystem.
  • Document builds, configurations, and processes for replication.
  • Provide secondary support to other large-scale field and corporate programs.
  • Explore and apply AI-driven tools and agent-based workflows within event technology operations.
  • Travel onsite to support the flagship event and occasionally other programs.

What We Look For

  • 7–10+ years of experience in corporate events, with hands-on, direct experience configuring and administering RainFocus.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a digital tools workstream for a flagship-scale conference of 35,000–50,000+ in-person and 100,000+ virtual attendees.
  • Working knowledge and demonstrated implementation experience with event mobile apps.
  • Proven experience building and managing integrations between event technology platforms and the broader marketing technology stack.
  • Proven ability to manage fast-moving, frequently changing requirements across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Experience distilling requirements and distributing them across support contractors, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
  • Understanding of AI agent concepts and incorporating AI into workflows, with demonstrated ability to use AI tools productively and safely.
  • Familiarity with current and emerging marketing event technology landscape (RainFocus, Stova, Swoogo, Eventbase, Amego, etc.) and integrations with Databricks, Marketo, Salesforce.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong program and project management skills in a swiftly changing landscape.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally and be onsite to support events.
