  • Establish and evolve the attribution framework spanning platform data, multi-touch attribution, media mix modeling, and experiments.
  • Translate measurement outputs into recommendations on investment, budget cuts, pipeline, revenue, and efficiency targets such as CAC, payback, and LTV to CAC.
  • Educate stakeholders on causality, model uncertainty, and limitations of platform-reported metrics.

Incrementality and Experimentation

  • Advanced SQL and proficiency in Python or R.
  • Hands-on experience designing, running, and interpreting experiments across search, social, display, email, and in-product marketing channels.
  • Experience with media mix modeling and/or advanced attribution models.
  • Strong business acumen and fluency in CAC, LTV, payback period, conversion rates, and funnel performance.
  • Ability to build scalable self-service tools and frameworks.
  • Ability to combine technical and strategic context, including model residuals and budget tradeoffs.
  • Habitual use of LLMs and AI tooling.
  • Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders.
