About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create and curate daily featured markets, highlighting the most compelling games and matchups.
  • Design creative markets tied to major sports storylines (trade deadlines, free agency, coaching changes, player roles).
  • Make quick, data-driven decisions as games unfold and trading activity shifts.
  • Engage directly with the community on Discord: gather prop requests, answer questions, and bring new markets live quickly.
  • Monitor sports conversations and trends on social media to ensure markets reflect real-time fan interests.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineers, product, and support teams to share user feedback, competitive insights, and improvement ideas.
  • Contribute at all levels of the business at the intersection of trading, product, and sports.

Requirements

  • Sports fanatic with a trader’s mindset.
  • Deep knowledge of major sports leagues (NFL, NCAAF, NBA, NHL, MLB, NCAAB, Soccer, UFC) and understanding of rhythms, storylines, and key moments that drive fan engagement.
  • Product-oriented thinker.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, real-time environments with quick decision-making.
  • Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and during peak sports moments.
  • Excited to engage with a passionate user community and help build sports prediction markets.
