Manager, Solutions Architecture

Responsibilities

• Advise and implement full-stack solutions using Retool
• Oversee a team of Solutions Architects
• Help partners deliver best-in-class services to customers
• Develop new service offerings based on customer/market need
• Assist with scoping, estimating, and selling professional services engagements
• Serve as a thought partner to Retool customers to help them build out complex internal tools
• Assist with partner enablement and certification
• Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice
• Work collaboratively with strong communications skills, especially in teaching complex concepts

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical, customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Customer Engineer, or Deployed Engineer
• 2+ years of leadership or team lead experience, or demonstrated success in mentoring and influencing other SAs
• Hands-on experience with full-stack development, including SQL, JavaScript, APIs, and Python
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems
• Exceptional technical communication skills
• Ability to think on your feet, troubleshoot issues, and provide real-time solutions
• Comfortable with open-ended problem-solving in unstructured environments

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay range: $258,600 – $287,400 per year
• Additional compensation in the form of equity and/or commission
• Comprehensive benefit plan including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
