Minimum Qualifications
Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in I/O Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Behavioral Science, or related field
Experience with experimental design, hypothesis testing, longitudinal methods, and causal inference
Comfortable with People Analytics tech stack and collaborating with data engineers
Proficient in SQL and Python/R for statistical analysis and machine learning
Experience with survey design, psychometric methods, and employee listening
Experience with data visualization and storytelling
Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
