About the role
Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales, sales finance, business operations, product adoption and other cross-functional stakeholders on strategic operational projects designed to increase sales productivity, operational efficiency, and revenue
Program manage critical initiatives that shape the LCS business
Devise and recommend go-to-market strategies in close partnership with senior sales and cross-functional leaders
Track data and maintain our reporting processes, spanning key sales pipeline, productivity metrics, and forecasting
Build automation and scalability, optimize operational processes, and ensure seamless integration around systems, tools, and technology
Develop analytical frameworks, tools, and techniques to plan and communicate short and long term resource needs
Oversee the annual and quarterly planning processes for LCS as a whole
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
7+ years of progressive experience in sales operations, business operations, management consulting, investment banking, or analogous strategy & operations roles
Understanding of digital advertising and media (previous industry experience preferred)
Exceptional strategic thinking and advanced analytical proficiency with a highly structured and proactive approach to problem-solving
Demonstrated capability to lead and exert influence across multiple business units (sales, finance, product, marketing)
Proven experience partnering with and influencing executive-level stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and business intelligence platforms (Tableau, Looker, BigQuery); SQL proficiency mandatory
Superior verbal and written communication abilities
Exceptional organizational and program management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects
High adaptability and comfort navigating ambiguous environments

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $180,200–$252,300 USD
