Responsibilities
Primary Focus: Deploy Production Agents
- Understand the Customer Requirements and ideal target pieces for an Agent
- Define the success criteria for the AI agent
- Build and deploy production-ready AI agents that solve real business problems for enterprise customers
- Lead proof of concept (POC) development and transition agents from pilot to production
- Architect and implement custom AI agent solutions tailored to specific customer workflows and requirements
Technical Implementation & Support
- Provide hands-on technical implementation support, including Python development, SQL database work, and AWS infrastructure
- Develop example agents that demonstrate platform capabilities and best practices
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the AI agent stack, from integration challenges to performance optimization
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, integration guides, and deployment runbooks
Customer Success & Account Management
- Act as the Technical Account Manager (TAM) for assigned customers, ensuring ongoing success and value realization
- Build deep relationships with customer technical teams and key stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Sema4.ai's engineering team to provide customer feedback and drive product improvements
- Conduct technical workshops and training sessions to enable customer teams
Technical Consultation & Solution Design
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Sema4.ai's AI agent platform and emerging AI technologies
- Understand customer business challenges and translate them into technical agent solutions
- Deliver compelling technical demonstrations showcasing the platform's capabilities
- Provide technical guidance on integration with existing enterprise systems
Requirements
Required Experience
- 3-4+ years of experience ideally in a consulting firm, systems integration role, or similar customer-facing technical position
- Proven track record of working with multiple enterprise customers and delivering successful technical implementations
- Experience deploying production software solutions in enterprise environments
Technical Skills
- AI & Agent Expertise: Strong understanding of AI agents, LLMs, LangChain, CrewAI, n8n, RAG architectures, and agentic application patterns
- Python Proficiency: Ability to build and deploy Python applications quickly (sub-15 minutes for simple apps)
- Development Tools: Excellent working knowledge of VSCode and/or Cursor
- Cloud Infrastructure: Strong working knowledge of AWS services and deployment
- Database Skills: SQL expertise and experience with database integration and troubleshooting
- API Integration: Experience with API integrations and software development principles
- AI Fundamentals: Understanding of natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML), and automation concepts
Preferred Experience
- Experience with conversational AI platforms and business workflow automation
- Background in Technical Account Management or Forward Deployed Engineering roles
- Familiarity with the broader AI ecosystem and latest developments in agentic AI
