What you will need
7+ years recruiting in hyper-growth tech or similarly fast-paced environments.
3+ years hiring Senior & Staff+ engineering talent across multiple teams or domains.
A track record of building pipelines for highly specialized and hard-to-fill engineering roles.
Full-cycle ownership, with the ability to source, engage, screen, and close top candidates end-to-end.
Strong partnership skills, with engineering leaders who trust your judgment, value your insights, and enjoy working with you.
