Responsibilities
Write Kindred’s copy across paid and owned channels, including lifecycle, social, in-product, and other member touchpoints.
Own and evolve Kindred’s brand voice and tone guidelines.
Translate leadership’s narrative and messaging priorities into clear, consistent language across channels.
Centralize the copy function by overseeing agency partners and defining QA and review processes.
Partner with Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Creative, Social, Performance Marketing, and Product on positioning, campaigns, member communications, and in-product copy.
Requirements
8+ years of copywriting experience with a portfolio demonstrating sharp, on-brand execution and strategic thinking.
Experience owning brand voice and messaging for a consumer brand.
Experience building or significantly evolving a voice and tone guide that others use.
Experience managing freelance writers or agency relationships.
Strong collaboration skills across Product, Growth, and Creative.
Ability to translate strategy into nuanced, effective language.
Scrappy, self-directed approach to moving work forward.
