Responsibilities
Manage and support a team of 4 Enrollment Quality Coordinators and Associates conducting quality audits and documentation reviews, including workload oversight, performance feedback, onboarding, and coaching.
Serve as the first point of escalation for team questions and operational issues.
Identify and report on clinical quality trends by analyzing QA findings, documentation reviews, and quality data; synthesize into actionable summaries for Quality Manager and Enrollment Leadership.
Collect, organize, and maintain quality audit data; ensure accuracy and maintain dashboards/trackers for real-time visibility.
Support the Quality Manager in executing the quality program, including delegated workstreams, preparing materials, tracking issues, and maintaining momentum.
Surface audit findings into the closed-loop quality-to-training process for intervention.
Support root cause analysis, document findings, and track corrective actions.
Reinforce Enrollment process and documentation standards through audit-based feedback and coaching.
Contribute to reporting and quality committee preparation with data summaries, audit findings, and trend reports.
Requirements
5+ years of quality assurance experience, with a minimum of 2 years of direct management of a QA team.
Experience in a quality assurance, audit, or compliance role in healthcare, including phone recording and documentation reviews, applying quality rubrics.
People management or team lead experience supervising, coaching, or managing a team.
Strong data collection and trend identification skills; organized, detail-oriented, able to identify patterns across datasets.
Clear, structured communicator able to translate clinical audit findings for frontline nurses and senior managers.
Self-directed and accountable; manages work with discipline, follows through, flags issues proactively.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
Experience in a virtual or telephonic care environment with remote workflows and digital documentation tools.
Familiarity with QA tooling or dashboards used in clinical quality programs.
