Senior/Staff Analytics Engineer
Build and maintain data pipelines, analytics models, dashboards, and external data products while partnering with engineering, product, implementation teams, and customers. The role requires 5+ years of analytics or data engineering experience, strong dbt and SQL expertise, and customer-facing collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end implementations for data products serving external customers.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics models using Python, dbt, and SQL.
- Create and manage dashboards in external and internal analytics products.
- Prototype new data products.
- Collaborate with engineering to drive the data-product roadmap.
- Use GitHub-based workflows to maintain clean, version-controlled analytics code.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for analytics best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a similar technical role.
- Expertise in dbt, SQL, and GitHub-based development; Python experience is a plus.
- Strong experience designing, implementing, and maintaining data pipelines and models.
- Experience in customer-facing roles with technical and business stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Compensation and Benefits
- OTE of $150,000–$170,000, dependent on skills, experience, location, and other qualifications.
