About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the project plan: Maintain project plans, schedules, and status documentation; check for past-due dates and request updates; track every change.
  • PS Projects Dashboard upkeep: Update weekly high-level status tags, summaries, blockers/issues, and module go-live dates; collaborate with Head of PS and CSMs to share highlights and risks weekly.
  • Hold the team accountable: Track deliverables, follow up proactively before slippage, and hold customers and internal stakeholders to commitments.
  • Run a tight ship on project calls: Build structure for recurring calls, set agendas, keep discussions on-topic, coordinate logistics, action items, and follow-ups.
  • Escalate early: Flag risks, blockers, and account changes to CSM; track blocker-level bugs and sales-committed feature requests.
  • Keep the RACI clean: Define and maintain project RACI matrix for each engagement.
  • Report status internally and externally: Own weekly project plan updates, deliver status reports to CSM and leadership, produce internal and client-facing progress summaries.
  • Use AI to scale the work: Leverage AI/Claude-powered tools for recurring reporting and project plans to maintain consistency without consuming team bandwidth.
  • Track the technical footprint: Compare committed app integrations against actual integrations.
  • Build relationships: Develop working relationships with internal teams and follow established project management practices.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience (project manager or project coordinator experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable across multiple tools for project tracking, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Experience using AI tools to boost productivity and scale reporting.
  • Natural driver of accountability; comfortable holding customers and internal teams to commitments.
  • Clear, proactive communicator who can run efficient calls and translate project status for CSMs, internal teams, and client executives.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Project management or coordination experience in enterprise IT/security implementations.
  • Familiarity with RACI matrices, status reporting, and risk escalation in client-facing projects.
  • Skills with AI tools (e.g., Claude) for automating reporting and project management tasks.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $117,000 - $132,000 (good faith estimate; actual pay may vary based on skill and experience).
