What You’ll Do
FedRAMP & Trust (Primary)
- Own product strategy and roadmap for FedRAMP enablement; translate controls into requirements and delivery plans.
- Drive boundary and architecture decisions with Security, Infrastructure, and Engineering.
- Ship evidence-producing capabilities supporting compliance.
- Establish operating rhythm across teams.
Records & Document Services
- Set direction for document generation, rendering, storage, lifecycle management.
- Partner with Legal/Security on records needs.
- Define success metrics and drive improvements.
- Partner with AI/ML teams on document primitives.
Design System
- Own roadmap, governance, and adoption strategy.
- Partner with Design and Frontend Engineering for consistency and accessibility.
Product Launch, Packaging & GTM Readiness
- Lead end-to-end launches.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Legal/Security.
- 40–50% of role on program execution: planning, tracking, requirements, specs, readouts.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, including platform/infrastructure.
- Hands-on FedRAMP experience required.
- Translate ambiguity into strategy and outcomes; strong communication.
- Track record leading cross-functional delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience owning document/content services.
- Familiarity with AI document processing.
- Experience building/scaling Design System.
- Enterprise SaaS pricing/packaging experience.
- Engineering or Technical PM background a plus.
