Lead Product Designer - Core / Visual Editor

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Lead Product Designer for Bubble’s core platform visual editor, shaping the design vision and execution for foundational capabilities.
• Own the end-to-end design process for new and existing features—from research and ideation through high-fidelity design, validation, and launch.
• Extend Bubble’s AI capabilities into the visual editor, designing hybrid AI-and-visual workflows.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with PMs, engineers, and other designers.
• Lead user research and usability testing, turning insights into design improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product Design or related fields (UX, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, Experience Architecture).
• Track record of designing and shipping high-impact end-user facing features on mature platforms.
• Capability in orchestrating design workstreams across multiple product areas.
• Proven ability to mentor and grow associate designers.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field.

Compensation

• Estimated salary: $191,000 to $248,000.
• Robust benefits package equating to roughly $20,000 in additional annual compensation.
