- Shape infrastructure roadmap and drive progress toward it
- Build security and operational foundations for sustainable growth
- Improve reliability: reduce MTTR, establish SLOs, manage outages
- Empower product teams by building platforms and tools for end-to-end system ownership
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years in infrastructure / SRE / platform engineering roles, with breadth across infra disciplines
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.)
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with a builder's mindset
- Technical breadth: networking, security, observability, CI/CD, database operations, containerization
- Experience with consumer-facing, revenue-critical systems
Bonus / Nice-to-Have:
- Led infrastructure evolution at a growing startup on a small team
Compensation
- Base salary: $170,000 - $220,000
- Equity and generous benefits (medical/dental 100% covered, 15 vacation days, 401(k), etc.)
