Accounting Intern
Accounting intern supporting reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, audits, controls, and accounting transformation projects. Requires pursuit of an accounting-related bachelor’s degree, foundational US GAAP knowledge, analytical ability, and strong task management.

Responsibilities
- Prepare assigned balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules for month-end close cycles with guidance and review.
- Collaborate with Global GL Operations, Revenue Accounting, Digital Asset Inventory Accounting, and Capital Markets/Prime Financing Accounting teams across US and international stakeholders.
- Contribute to accounting projects, including system logic implementations, process enhancements, and product launches.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, including non-US subsidiary statutory financial statements.
- Maintain process documentation and follow internal controls, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a BA/BS degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge of US GAAP.
- Analytical ability applied to accounting or finance, such as reconciliations, variance analysis, or financial modeling through coursework, projects, or prior experience.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, prioritize competing workstreams, and meet deadlines.
- Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, Looker, or similar analytics tools.
- Experience with digital assets or the crypto economy.
Compensation
- Hourly rate: $40 USD.
