People Analytics Intern
Supports People Analytics through employee-lifecycle analysis, dashboards, reporting automation, and executive insights. The internship requires analytical study, spreadsheet-based data analysis, clear communication, and responsible handling of confidential data.

Responsibilities
- Analyze People data across the employee lifecycle to identify trends and actionable insights for leadership.
- Apply AI tools to accelerate data exploration and enable self-service insights.
- Prototype AI-driven workflow automations for recurring reports, anomaly detection, and data-quality checks.
- Support ad hoc data requests by building and maintaining spreadsheets and dashboards.
- Improve dashboard navigation, access, and self-service reporting with stakeholders.
- Develop executive presentations that translate data into clear narratives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree or certificate in data science, statistics, I/O psychology, business analytics, or a related analytical discipline.
- Experience analyzing and manipulating data using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Clear written and verbal communication of data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to handle sensitive or confidential data with discretion.
- Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or OneModel.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
Compensation
- Hourly rate: $40 USD.
