About the role
Core Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation of ClickUp, including discovery, solution design, training, and go-live support.
Translate functional and technical requirements into scalable ClickUp solutions such as workflows, templates, hierarchies, and automations.
Monitor seat utilization, adoption trends, and stakeholder engagement; build and execute adoption plans and account reviews.
Identify risks early and develop recovery plans in partnership with the account team.
Conduct Intake → Execution → Reporting (IER) cycles: lead discovery sessions to map current-state vs. future-state processes and recommend optimizations.
Drive adoption of ClickUp AI and build custom workflow Agents tied to customer use cases.
Provide technical training and consultation on AI, automation, prompt design, agent architecture, and scaling use cases.
Track and report AI usage and credit consumption against plan.
Serve as technical partner to accounts, connecting adoption to business value; generate qualified leads through data-driven insights.
Act as the voice of the customer, translating objectives and pain points into insights for Product, Engineering, and Support.
Partner with account teams on renewals, expansions, and AI upsells.
Requirements
Deep understanding of ClickUp platform capabilities, automation logic, integrations, and AI Agent functionality.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Familiarity with generative AI concepts, prompt design, and automation frameworks; skilled at identifying and scoping AI use cases.
Exceptional workflow analysis, process design, and consultative discovery skills.
Strong project and program management skills for complex customer programs with multiple stakeholders.
Comfortable using dashboards and metrics to communicate health, adoption, and ROI; interprets usage data to drive recommendations.
Executive presence, strong communication skills, and ability to build trust at all levels.
Full accountability for assigned book of business; proactive, organized, and results-driven.
Ability to influence cross-functionally without authority through insights and results.
