Senior Software Engineer, Developer Productivity
Build and improve cloud infrastructure, developer workflows, and internal tooling that make software development, testing, and releases more efficient and reliable. The role requires cloud architecture knowledge, CI/CD experience, Terraform and Bazel proficiency, and software development skills in Go, Python, or C++.

Responsibilities
- Re-architect build and compute infrastructure to create a better developer experience.
- Use containerization, remote caching, and job orchestration to optimize build setup and runtime.
- Analyze system usage to improve time-to-insight in the build system.
- Improve developer workflows and reduce onboarding time for new developers.
- Make workflow improvements while increasing cost efficiency.
- Design and build scalable internal tools that help engineers write, test, and release software confidently.
- Provide development best practices and thoughtful technical guidance.
Requirements
- Understanding of cloud platform architecture, including networking, security, storage, and resilient application topologies.
- Experience implementing continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
- Experience writing and maintaining Terraform.
- Experience using Bazel.
- Ability to write and test software in Go, Python, or C++.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience.
- FAA Part 107 certification is strongly encouraged within the first 60 days and required for certain positions.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary: $200,000–$240,000.
