Key Responsibilities
Own and lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs, from concept through launch and adoption
Leverage AI by embedding it into program workflows to accelerate planning, reporting, and coordination, while ensuring output quality and governance
Drive alignment with Product and Engineering to define roadmaps, align timelines, and drive execution
Define and evolve program operating models (cadence, governance forums, reporting structures) to improve alignment and execution predictability

Drive cross-functional coordination across Product, Engineering, UX, Data, and GTM teams

Monitor and improve program predictability across delivery progress, timelines, dependencies, and decision velocity
Drive program reporting and communication, delivering clear narratives and high-quality insights that enable effective technical and executive decision-making
Drive change management and adoption, influencing teams to adopt new ways of working and improving execution outcomes at scale
Qualifications
8+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs in SaaS or technology environments
Proven ability to operate independently and drive clarity in ambiguous situations
Strong track record of delivering programs that span multiple teams, systems, and stakeholders
Experience influencing and aligning cross-functional and executive stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, risks, and competing priorities at scale
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable insights
Experience building processes and frameworks that improve program execution
Experience leading large-scale change management initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with data platforms, data science, or analytics-driven products
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technical execution to business outcomes
Proficient using Atlassian Toolset: Jira, Confluence, Productboard
