Responsibilities
Build and maintain agentic workflow components on the Duo Agent Platform, including the Core Agentic Workflow and Requirements Agent.
Write tests, documentation, and evaluations for agentic-workflow behavior.
Contribute to the platform requirements knowledge base by adding requirements, evolving schemas, and improving validation tooling.
Work with platform teams to translate their expertise into structured requirements and platform-readiness artifacts.
Build integration surfaces for issues, merge requests, design documents, and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Data teams.
Write clear documentation and evaluations to validate workflow behavior and improve assessment accuracy.
Requirements
2+ years of software engineering experience with a backend focus.
Proficiency in TypeScript/Node, Python, or Golang.
Comfort reading and contributing to YAML, JSON Schema, and other structured content.
Experience with and operational exposure to Kubernetes, including reasoning about failure modes.
Ability to work asynchronously and communicate clearly in writing.
Exposure to LLM APIs, prompts, or agentic frameworks.

Ruby familiarity.
Experience with GitLab-style development workflows, including issues, epics, merge requests, and CI/CD.
