About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the roadmap for Fleet Management and Internal Tooling, spanning device inventory and health, pilot and organization administration, troubleshooting, support, service, and repair workflows.
  • Define the end-to-end dock service experience from issue detection and remote diagnosis through dispatch, parts, repair, verification, and closure, focusing on reducing mean time to repair and repeat visits.
  • Drive feature definition and prioritization with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
  • Prototype and validate intuitive workflows that abstract complexity for customers.
  • Engage customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to understand business problems and develop user personas and use-case requirements.
  • Communicate plans and progress across stakeholders and follow through to launch and adoption.
  • Collaborate with marketing, support, and customer success on product releases.

Requirements

  • 6+ years defining and delivering software products, including experience with fleet, logistics, mobility, or operationally complex environments.
  • Experience wireframing and collaborating closely with UX design.
  • AI-forward mindset and experience using AI to accelerate product delivery.
  • Familiarity with data modeling and API-driven architectures; ability to reason about systems at scale.
  • Strong technical fluency and ability to work across autonomy, firmware, and cloud engineering teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curiosity and empathy for users managing real-world operational complexity.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and engage with end users.
  • FAA Part 107 certification within the first 60 days is required.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with drones, autonomous systems, robotics, industrial IoT, or mission-critical connected products.
  • Experience with fleet management, asset lifecycle, work-order, field-service, RMA, parts, warranty, or repair-management systems.
  • Experience replacing fragmented or third-party workflows with a cohesive native platform.
  • Experience serving public safety, critical infrastructure, defense, or other regulated, high-availability customers.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual base salary: $196,000–$240,000.
