Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic agency partnership plans that increase adoption, unlock advertiser investment, and drive revenue growth across agency holding companies and independent agencies.
Build and maintain relationships with senior agency decision-makers across investment, strategy, planning, innovation, data, commerce, and executive leadership functions.
Serve as a trusted advisor to agency partners, helping them understand and activate advertising solutions across diverse clients, industries, and business objectives.
Lead agency education and enablement efforts.
Lead strategic partnership discussions, joint business planning, and commercial frameworks that support agency-wide adoption and investment.
Identify and influence priority client opportunities with agency leaders, planners, buyers, and account teams.
Quantify opportunities through data-driven business cases aligned with advertiser objectives and performance outcomes.
Partner with Account Management, Product, Measurement, Marketing, and Operations to deliver strong agency and advertiser experiences.
Gather and synthesize agency and client feedback to shape advertising products, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy.
Monitor agency trends, competitive dynamics, media investment shifts, and emerging technologies affecting advertising.
Requirements
Significant experience in digital advertising sales, agency partnerships, or business development.
Deep relationships with senior stakeholders across agency holding companies, independent agencies, and advertiser clients.
Strong understanding of how agencies plan, buy, measure, and optimize media.
Track record of growing agency partnerships, influencing investment decisions, and delivering measurable revenue and product adoption.
Experience developing joint business plans and activating opportunities across large, matrixed agency organizations.
Ability to influence stakeholders ranging from planning and investment teams to senior agency and client executives.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, strategic planning, and executive communication capabilities.
Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and building new businesses.
Passion for emerging technologies and AI’s impact on advertising, agency partnerships, and consumer engagement.
Compensation
Annual salary range: $261,000–$335,000.
