Strategic Projects Lead

Responsibilities

• Identify and create new strategic capabilities, such as new go-to-market motions and standardized GTM playbooks.
• Build deep customer relationships and lead strategic customer engagements from initial sale through long-term success.
• Determine product roadmap needs and instrument solutions end-to-end.
• Own and drive cross-functional initiatives from definition through execution, including partnership creation and model launches.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment, such as consulting, product management, software, or banking.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with excitement about wearing many hats and the ability to identify issues and execute quickly.
• Fluency engaging with senior stakeholders in client and partner organizations.
• Technical fluency in AI, ML infrastructure, or cloud platforms.
• Proven track record leading complex technical or cross-functional initiatives.
• Analytical capability and comfort driving decisions quantitatively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bias toward action and high accountability.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working on ML infrastructure, inference systems, or AI platforms.
• Experience supporting enterprise or strategic customers.
• Prior experience in infrastructure, developer experience, or performance optimization initiatives.
• Experience operating in high-growth startup environments.
