About the role

What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for GTM team and customers regarding security questions, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to questionnaires.
  • Leverage AI and internal tools to improve efficiency and accuracy of response processes; build scalable workflows to reduce manual overhead.
  • Establish and report on KPIs for the Customer Trust function, tracking team impact, response velocity, quality, and influence on sales outcomes.
  • Manage Trust Center, create and maintain high-quality security and regulatory knowledge base; develop thought leadership for GTM teams.
  • Partner closely with Product Security, Legal, and GTM/Sales on security positioning, product roadmaps, and customer requirements.

What You Have

  • 7+ years of experience in Information Security, Customer Trust, Technical Program Management, or Management Consulting, with proven track record of defining and building compliance programs.
  • Background in audit and compliance (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001); comfortable navigating complex frameworks and communicating controls to customers.
  • Exceptional customer/client service skills; able to understand customer concerns and communicate complex technical/regulatory topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • 1-2+ years leveraging AI models or automation to drive program efficiencies (e.g., automating knowledge base or response drafting).
  • Strong analytical skills with focus on metrics; comfortable establishing dashboards and reporting to leadership.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, patience, and ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
