What You'll Do
Act as the primary technical point of contact for GTM team and customers regarding security questions, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to questionnaires.
Leverage AI and internal tools to improve efficiency and accuracy of response processes; build scalable workflows to reduce manual overhead.
Establish and report on KPIs for the Customer Trust function, tracking team impact, response velocity, quality, and influence on sales outcomes.
Manage Trust Center, create and maintain high-quality security and regulatory knowledge base; develop thought leadership for GTM teams.
Partner closely with Product Security, Legal, and GTM/Sales on security positioning, product roadmaps, and customer requirements.
What You Have
7+ years of experience in Information Security, Customer Trust, Technical Program Management, or Management Consulting, with proven track record of defining and building compliance programs.
Background in audit and compliance (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001); comfortable navigating complex frameworks and communicating controls to customers.
Exceptional customer/client service skills; able to understand customer concerns and communicate complex technical/regulatory topics to non-technical stakeholders.
1-2+ years leveraging AI models or automation to drive program efficiencies (e.g., automating knowledge base or response drafting).
Strong analytical skills with focus on metrics; comfortable establishing dashboards and reporting to leadership.
Comfort with ambiguity, patience, and ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
