About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct 100+ outbound dials and 3+ meetings per day.
  • Perform product demos, handle sales objections, and close deals.
  • Manage a high-volume sales pipeline from inbound and warm sources.
  • Build relationships with referral partners and sales leadership.
  • Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign performance.
  • Identify patterns in prospect objections and optimize sales scripts.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for mortgage and real estate professionals.
  • Mentor new SMB Account Executives and refine pipeline strategies.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quota and OTE targets.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years in a high-velocity inside sales or SMB AE role (SaaS preferred).
  • Ability to make 100+ calls/day and hold 3+ meetings/day.
  • Experience utilizing a modern sales tech stack, including CRM systems, outbound dialing tools, and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach).
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume sales pipeline.
  • Strong communication, time management, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to demo product value with confidence and clarity.
  • Resilience, curiosity, and a self-starting, growth-oriented mindset.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with Real Estate and/or Mortgage Lending and stakeholders in homeownership.
  • Prior experience selling to SMB customers in a transactional model.

Compensation

  • Annual targeted base salary: $55,000 - $70,000.
  • On-target earnings (OTE): $110,000 - $140,000 (with uncapped commission potential).
