Senior GenAI Engineer
Build and improve production generative AI and multi-agent features across the full stack, using LLMs to solve product problems. The role requires strong programming experience, hands-on LLM prompting or GenAI implementation, and a product-oriented approach.

Responsibilities
- Develop and improve cutting-edge multi-agent features, including refining existing capabilities and designing new ones.
- Work across the full stack, including frontend, backend (C# and Python), infrastructure, and CI.
- Build AI features on top of the Pigment computation engine, with an emphasis on determinism, auditability, and data visualization.
- Develop durable, well-tested AI features with real-world product impact.
Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, or equivalent experience writing production-grade code.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or C#, Java, Node.js, or an equivalent language.
- Hands-on experience prompting large language models, including through vibe-coding tools or implementation of generative AI features.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Product-oriented approach, with the ability to translate user needs into simple technical solutions.
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of recent developments in AI agents.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience building agents using LangGraph.
- Experience building and shipping complex products on top of LLMs.
