Oversee and motivate a team of Account Executives focused on selling to Digital Natives customers ($1B+ revenue)
Build and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets for the team
Develop and execute evolving revenue plans and growth tactics
Develop long-term customer, partner, and cross-functional relationships
Help team understand customer commercial goals and relate them to value proposition
Lead team to communicate value proposition through proposals and presentations
Requirements
5+ years high-growth Cloud/Data & AI leader with experience leading a field sales team
3+ years of experience translating a highly technical product into quantified business value for the C-Suite
3+ years of experience selling against open source or freemium
Demonstrated track record delivering towards personal and team goals while upleveling process
Ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve personal objectives with a team-first mindset
Coach and develop sales fundamentals to Account Executives including prospecting, forecasting, and negotiation tactics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience presenting to the C-Suite
