Trust & Safety Investigator II
Investigates trust and safety issues while managing legal requests, anti-abuse operations, and sensitive escalations. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant ISP or hosting-provider experience, DNS knowledge, and strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Administer the efficient and compliant handling of legal requests, including requests for information, subpoenas, and court orders.
- Deliver operations seamlessly and on time against service-level agreements (SLAs), while maintaining stakeholder satisfaction.
- Partner with Policy, Legal, and Product teams to ensure processes are scalable.
- Handle sensitive content and emotionally charged escalations with tact and composure.
- Participate in rotating weekend and off-hours coverage.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of anti-abuse or support-escalation experience at an internet service provider or hosting provider.
- Working knowledge of DNS and how the internet works.
- Experience working with lawyers and legal teams on document-production requests.
- Experience interacting with law-enforcement individuals and agencies.
- Experience managing sensitive content and emotionally charged escalations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of legal considerations related to hosted material, including notice and takedown.
- Familiarity with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), copyright, and trademark issues.
- Experience working with Security teams on threat identification and disruption.
- Experience with compliance, sanctions, and similar regulatory regimes.
