Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of engineering management experience with proven track record in building and growing teams
- Strong technical leader comfortable with 50/50 split between people management and hands-on technical guidance
- Solid experience leveraging AI technologies to build modern features and optimize system maintenance
- Exceptional cross-functional communication skills with ability to lead and collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Core experience with Go, Microservices, Kubernetes, AWS, and Event-Driven Architecture
- Core web technologies: data structures, data stores, algorithms, distributed systems and common patterns

Compensation
The base wage range for this position is targeted at $205,000.00 to $261,500.00 per year. Actual compensation is based on multiple factors including skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location.
