Responsibilities
- Architect and scale agentic AI systems for multi-session conversational therapy, maintaining context, emotional intelligence, and clinical protocols.
- Design centralized service for personalized pain science education and mindset strategies.
- Define long-term technical vision for Brain Health, balancing delivery with scalable infrastructure.
- Establish MLOps practices for model evaluation, monitoring, and safety guardrails in mental health AI.
- Lead and mentor engineers, foster technical excellence, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years professional software engineering experience, with 2+ years in AI platforms, ML systems, or data infrastructure.
- 2+ years Python (AI/ML) and TypeScript/NestJS (cloud microservices).
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS preferred), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and large-scale data processing architectures.
- 2+ years mentoring engineers and leading technical decisions in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building end-to-end AI/ML platforms in cloud.
- Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Familiarity with data engineering (Spark, Kafka, ETL pipelines).
- Excellent communication for non-technical stakeholders.
- Open-source contributions in AI/software engineering.
