Oversee end-to-end product delivery from intake through launch, including dependency and release management, operationalization, and performance reporting.

Requirements
2+ years of relevant experience in product management or a similar role.
At least 2 years of experience in financial services or fintech.
Strong understanding of payment processing, card networks, acquiring, and merchant payment acceptance.
Ability to use metrics and data to inform decisions and track progress.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in an iterative environment.
Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Customer-focused approach and ability to understand customer needs and product interactions.
Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information, leading without authority, and managing ambiguity and complexity.
