Product Delivery Manager - Payments

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end product delivery from intake through launch, including dependency and release management, operationalization, and performance reporting.
• Lead change-management activities across functional partners.
• Manage project timelines and dependencies, identify blockers, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Define, measure, and achieve launch success criteria from pilot through general availability.
• Support client-facing teams during early product adoption, gather feedback, identify improvements, and influence expansion of adoption.
• Improve market readiness, delivery processes, and adoption of new solutions and partnerships.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in product management or a similar role.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial services or fintech.
• Strong understanding of payment processing, card networks, acquiring, and merchant payment acceptance.
• Ability to use metrics and data to inform decisions and track progress.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in an iterative environment.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to understand customer needs and product interactions.
• Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information, leading without authority, and managing ambiguity and complexity.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay range: $70,000-$95,000 per year.
