Responsibilities
Develop and Maintain Cloud Infrastructure
Implement and evolve infrastructure as code using Terraform or Pulumi.
Automate and monitor a Kubernetes-based platform and CI/CD pipelines.
Contribute to infrastructure tooling that improves repeatability, safety, and visibility.
Support Developer Productivity
Build CLI tools, shared libraries, and scripts to accelerate development workflows.
Improve build, test, and deployment workflows to reduce developer friction.
Help define standards for service configuration, secrets management, and application-level observability.
Contribute to Platform Resilience
Implement dashboards, alerts, and runbooks for platform engineering services.
Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and follow-up improvements.
Propose and prototype changes to improve availability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience working with cloud infrastructure, such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi and CI/CD workflows.
Ability to write clean, maintainable code using at least one scripting or programming language, such as Go, Python, Bash, or TypeScript.
Hands-on experience using AI agents, such as Claude Code, for engineering tasks, including providing clear context, explicit constraints, and deliberate planning.
Experience with containerization, such as Docker, and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
Understanding of version-control workflows and regular participation in code reviews.
Strong communication, ownership, and collaboration skills.
Eagerness to grow into greater architectural and operational responsibilities.
