Responsibilities
Own the strategy, roadmap, and OKRs for contract understanding, with accountability for extraction accuracy, depth, and coverage from import through export.
Define APIs, schemas, and developer experience for a consistent extraction service.
Build and ideate on front-end experiences for reviewing and validating extracted data.
Model clauses, topics, intra- and inter-contract relationships, and negotiation history for relational reasoning.
Build datasets, evaluations, production metrics, regression gates, and feedback loops for AI quality.
Connect shared platform capabilities to workflows such as Smart Import and Intake.
Make technical decisions involving model architectures, vendors, and build-versus-buy choices.
Align engineering, design, data, executives, partners, GTM, and customers around decisions and execution.
Requirements
7+ years of product management experience, including staff-level ownership of a technically complex product area.
Experience shipping production AI/ML, developer platform, data infrastructure, or search products.
Practical fluency with LLM systems, extraction or retrieval, APIs, data models, evaluation methods, latency, and cost.
Strong quantitative judgment and ability to distinguish offline benchmark performance from production quality.
Platform-oriented approach to solving immediate needs while creating durable shared capabilities.
Experience owning customer-facing outcomes, not only internal infrastructure.
Enterprise-product judgment involving trust, scale, compliance, and workflow integration.
Excellent written communication and ability to influence engineering, leadership, GTM, and customers.

Annual salary range of $188,000–$235,000.
